At Max. Finn – Laundry Powder, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Refunds & Returns

We take great pride in the quality of our products and aim for complete customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer the following:

  • Return Window: You may request a return or refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and unused. If the product has been opened or used, we may not accept a return unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The refund process may take up to 05 business days from the date we receive the returned product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Items that have been purchased with discounts or promotions, unless otherwise stated.
  • Products that are damaged by the customer after receipt.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will gladly replace the product or issue a full refund. To process a return for a defective product, please contact us within 07 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Clear images of the damaged or defective product
  • A brief description of the issue

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will be for the cost of the product only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we ask that you return the original item and place a new order.
